What is Food Addiction?
Food addiction is a behavioral condition where individuals feel an uncontrollable urge to eat certain foods, often those high in sugar, fat or processed ingredients. People struggling with food addiction may continue eating even when they are not hungry or after feeling full.
This condition can affect both physical and mental health. Over time it may lead to weight gain, emotional distress, anxiety and reduced self-confidence. Many individuals feel trapped in a cycle of overeating and guilt.
Our rehabilitation program focuses on understanding the psychological and emotional triggers behind compulsive eating and helping individuals develop healthier habits for long-term recovery.
